We answer all questions that are sent to us. Please double check that you are using the correct email address, otherwise my email response to you will never arrive and you will think I'm just lazy. I'm not! Around 10% of our questions come with an incorrect email address so the answer bounces back to us. Sometimes I have taken up to half an hour to research and answer the question so it is sad if you don't get it, especially if you get upset that I didn't answer you!
If you are asking a shipping or payment question, please let us know where you live including state or country.
If you are asking about a particular pattern, please tell us what it is. The Ask A Seller A Question system does not include what you are asking about when it sends through a question.
If you see that a pattern is "ON HOLD", that means it has been SOLD and we have no more copies currently available (and unfortunately maybe forever). Although at times we will find more copies which we then can immediately relist. If you would like some help on finding something similar, please feel free to check with us.
Most of all, I'm are always happy to help. I've been sewing for close to 50 years at this point both my own clothing, quilts and embroidered items both machine and by hand.
